Refund Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Overview

geta.work is a digital subscription service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This Refund Policy explains when a subscription payment can be refunded and how to ask for it. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

2. Free Plan and Free Trial

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

  • First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.
  • Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • Billing errors: duplicate charges and charges made in error are always refunded in full.
  • Service outages: if the Service was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund that period in full or in part.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email team@geta.work from the address you use to sign in and include the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another region with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under those rules.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your payment applies to that payment.
